1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website supremesignaturejourneys.com (the “Website”) and the travel services provided by Supreme Signature Journeys LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, and operational headquarters at 4 Gamal Edin Abouelmahasen Square, Garden City, Cairo, Egypt (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Website, requesting a quote, or making a booking, you (“Client,” “Guest,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to make a booking with us. By making a booking, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are booking on behalf of other travelers (including minors), you confirm that you are authorized to do so and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Services Offered

3.1 Scope of Services

Supreme Signature Journeys LLC designs and arranges customized travel experiences in Egypt. Our services typically include:

  • Tour planning, design, and coordination
  • Ground transportation within Egypt (private transfers, drivers, vehicles)
  • Accommodation reservations (hotels, resorts, boutique stays, cruises)
  • Professional Egyptologist and tour guide services
  • Entrance tickets to archaeological sites, museums, and attractions
  • Meals, as specified in each itinerary
  • Domestic flights within Egypt, when explicitly included in the booking confirmation

3.2 Services NOT Included

Unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation or invoice, the following are NOT included in our services:

  • International flights (you are responsible for arranging your own international air travel)
  • Travel insurance (we strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance independently — see Section 12)
  • Visas, passports, and entry permits
  • Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, mini-bar, room service not part of the package)
  • Gratuities and tips for guides, drivers, and hotel staff (unless noted)
  • Optional excursions not listed in your itinerary
  • Vaccinations and health-related services

3.3 Domestic Flights

In some itineraries, we include domestic flights within Egypt. These flights will be explicitly itemized in your booking confirmation or invoice. We act as an intermediary between you and the airline; the airline’s own terms apply to ticket changes, cancellations, and liability.

4. Booking Process

4.1 Quote and Confirmation

All bookings begin with a personalized quote based on your travel dates, group size, preferences, and the season. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified. A booking is confirmed only when:

  • You receive a written booking confirmation from us, AND
  • The required deposit (see Section 5) has been received in full

4.2 Dynamic Pricing

Travel pricing varies based on date of travel, advance booking period, hotel availability, and seasonal demand. Prices quoted are valid only for the specific dates and conditions in the quote. Once a quote is accepted and the deposit is paid, the price is locked, subject to Section 4.3.

4.3 Price Adjustments

In rare cases, the final price may be adjusted due to:

  • Significant currency exchange rate fluctuations (greater than 5%)
  • Government-imposed fees, taxes, or surcharges introduced after booking
  • Substantial increases in fuel costs or transportation fees beyond our control

Any price adjustment will be communicated to you in writing as soon as practicable. If the increase exceeds 8% of the total booking value, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit secures your booking and is used to pre-pay third-party suppliers (hotels, guides, etc.).

THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT.

5.2 Final Payment

The remaining 70% of the total booking value is due no later than 90 days before the trip departure date. If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.

For bookings made fewer than 90 days before departure, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

5.3 Payment Methods

Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods supported by Stripe. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.4 Currency Conversion

If your card is denominated in a currency other than USD, your card issuer will apply its own exchange rate and may charge currency conversion fees. We are not responsible for these fees or rates.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Client

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@supremesignaturejourneys.com. The effective cancellation date is the date we receive your written request. Refunds are calculated on the total booking value MINUS the non-refundable deposit, as follows:

  • 60+ days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining balance after deposit
  • 30 to 59 days before departure: 25% refund of the remaining balance after deposit
  • Fewer than 30 days before departure: NO REFUND
  • No-shows or trip abandonment: NO REFUND

THE 30% INITIAL DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN ALL CASES.

6.2 Cancellation by Company

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your trip due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, OR you may choose to apply the funds toward a future booking. We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur (such as international flights or visa fees).

6.3 Modifications

Modifications to confirmed bookings (date changes, itinerary adjustments, group size changes) may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Modifications requested fewer than 30 days before departure may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.

6.4 EU Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 16(l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to travel services bound to a specific date or period of performance. By making a booking with us, EU consumers expressly acknowledge and waive this right of withdrawal.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires
  • Wars, civil unrest, terrorism, government actions, travel restrictions, border closures
  • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions
  • Cyberattacks or major infrastructure failures

In Force Majeure events, we will work in good faith to:

  • Reschedule your trip to a later date at no additional cost (preferred), OR
  • Issue a credit voucher valid for 24 months, OR
  • Refund recoverable amounts after deducting non-refundable supplier costs already paid on your behalf

We are not responsible for non-recoverable costs such as international flights, visa fees, or independently booked services.

8. Travel Documents and Health Requirements

It is YOUR sole responsibility to ensure that you have:

  • A valid passport (typically valid for 6+ months beyond your travel dates)
  • All required visas for entry into Egypt
  • Any required vaccinations or health certificates
  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

We are not liable for denied entry, deportation, or any costs incurred due to insufficient documentation, health requirements, or non-compliance with destination country regulations.

9. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking
  • Inform us promptly of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs
  • Comply with the laws and customs of Egypt during your visit
  • Respect cultural norms, religious sites, and local communities
  • Follow safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, and venue staff
  • Behave responsibly toward other travelers, our staff, and third-party suppliers

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund for any Client whose behavior is unlawful, abusive, dangerous, or significantly disruptive to other travelers or our staff.

10. Liability and Limitation

10.1 Our Role as Intermediary

We act as an organizer and coordinator of travel services. Many services (accommodation, transportation, guides, attractions) are delivered by independent third-party suppliers. While we carefully select reputable partners, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, defaults, or negligence of these third parties.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your booking shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the affected service. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment, lost wages, or emotional distress.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Personal Property

You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings during the trip. We are not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items. We strongly recommend that valuables be stored in hotel safes when not in use.

12. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering, at minimum:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
  • Lost or delayed luggage
  • Personal liability

Travel insurance is NOT included in our services and must be purchased independently. We are not responsible for any losses you incur that would have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.

13. Photography and Marketing Use

During your trip, our team or partners may take photographs or videos of group activities. By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of incidental images for our marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before your trip begins. You may also request removal of any specific image at any time by contacting info@supremesignaturejourneys.com.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and the wax-seal brand mark — is the property of Supreme Signature Journeys LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

15.1 During the Trip

If any issue arises during your trip, please notify your guide, driver, or our representative IMMEDIATELY so that we can resolve it on the ground. Failure to report issues promptly limits our ability to address them and may affect any subsequent claim.

15.2 After the Trip

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to info@supremesignaturejourneys.com within 30 days of trip completion. We will acknowledge complaints within 7 business days and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

15.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your booking shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will indicate when changes were made. Bookings already confirmed will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of booking. New bookings will be governed by the current Terms.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your booking confirmation, invoice, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Supreme Signature Journeys LLC and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
